Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week gardening and nutrition program can improve quality of life, reduce stress, and increase social connection for cancer survivors. Fifteen adults who have had cancer will attend weekly group sessions at a garden, learning gardening, cooking, and mindfulness. The main goal is to see if the program is practical and well-liked, with surveys before and after to measure changes in well-being.
