Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week gardening and nutrition program can improve quality of life, reduce stress, and increase social connection in cancer survivors. Fifteen adults who have had cancer will take part in weekly group sessions with gardening, cooking, and mindfulness activities. The main goal is to see if the program is practical and well-liked, and whether it leads to better well-being.
