ER program aims to cut repeat falls in dementia patients

Summary
This study tests a short program in the emergency department for people with dementia who have fallen. The program includes the patient and their caregiver to help prevent future falls. About 700 people will take part to see if the program reduces the number of fall-related ER visits compared to usual care.
