Summary
This study tests a short program in the emergency department for people with dementia who have fallen. The program includes the caregiver and aims to reduce future fall-related ER visits. About 700 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the new program, the other gets usual care. The goal is to see if the program helps prevent more falls.
