NCT ID NCT07362810
First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called IL-11 to the standard G-CSF can help blood cells recover faster after a stem cell transplant in people with blood cancers like multiple myeloma or lymphoma. About 224 adults will be randomly assigned to get either the combo or G-CSF alone before their transplant. The goal is to see if the combo shortens the time for white blood cells and platelets to return to safe levels, reducing the need for transfusions.
