Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new three-drug combination for people with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The study will enroll 18 participants to find the safest dose of futibatinib when given with standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) and a targeted antibody (ramucirumab). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and tolerable, not to cure the disease.
