Summary
This study looks at whether a functional restoration program—a mix of exercise, education, and support—can help people with chronic low back pain who are unable to work. The goal is to see if the program improves quality of life, reduces healthcare use, and helps people return to work, all while being cost-effective. About 242 adults with work-disabling low back pain will take part.
