Can a back pain program save money and get people back to work?

Summary
This study tests a functional restoration program for people with chronic low back pain who have been unable to work for at least 3 months. The goal is to see if the program helps them return to work, reduces healthcare use, and is cost-effective. 242 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care and followed for 24 months.
