First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether fruquintinib plus chemotherapy works better than the standard bevacizumab plus chemotherapy for people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (RAS-mutant). About 224 adults aged 18-75 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see how long patients live without the cancer growing.
