First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving low-income adults with type 2 diabetes vouchers to buy fruits and vegetables helps them attend diabetes education classes and improves their blood sugar control. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive different levels of support. The goal is to see if this simple food prescription can make managing diabetes easier and more effective.
