This study aims to find out which treatment works better for early frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). Researchers are comparing a medical procedure done under anesthesia with a supervised home exercise program. The trial will involve 300 adults aged 40-80 who have had shoulder stiffness and pain for three months or less.
