Summary
This study aims to find out which treatment works better for early-stage frozen shoulder. It will compare a one-time procedure done under anesthesia with a supervised home exercise program. Researchers will measure pain, shoulder movement, and daily function in 300 participants to see which approach helps people recover faster and more completely.
