Summary
This pilot study tested whether giving steroid injections every two weeks instead of every week is still effective for frozen shoulder. Forty adults aged 18 to 75 received three injections over four weeks and were followed for two months. The goal was to see if shoulder function and pain improved, and to gather data for planning a larger future trial.
