Pilot test: can fewer shots ease frozen shoulder pain?

NCT ID NCT06626568

Summary

This small pilot study tested if giving steroid injections every two weeks instead of every week is still effective for treating frozen shoulder. It involved 40 adults with the condition who received three injections over four weeks and were followed for eight more weeks. The main goal was to gather data to plan a larger future trial, checking if the longer interval still improves shoulder function and reduces pain.
