This study tests a new nerve block called FRONT for pain relief after hip nail surgery in adults aged 60 and older. The block uses one needle to target two nerves, aiming to reduce pain while preserving leg movement so patients can get up and walk sooner. 60 participants will be enrolled to see if this approach improves recovery and reduces the need for strong painkillers.
