Simple prism glasses could help stroke patients regain balance and independence

Summary
This study looks at whether special glasses called Fresnel prisms can help stroke survivors who have trouble seeing on one side. The glasses may improve balance, walking, and daily activities. About 50 adults who had a stroke 1-3 months ago will either get the glasses plus regular therapy or just regular therapy. Researchers will check vision, balance, walking, and independence before and after treatment.
