Summary
This study tested a new questionnaire (NF-scale) designed to quickly assess mood and thinking changes that happen when Parkinson's medication wears off. Researchers worked with 130 French-speaking adults who have Parkinson's and experience motor fluctuations. The goal was to confirm the scale works reliably in French, helping doctors better track these disabling symptoms.
