Summary

This study tests whether using a freeze spray (ethyl chloride) before a corticosteroid injection can reduce pain and anxiety. About 300 adults receiving their first joint or soft-tissue injection will rate their pain and satisfaction. The goal is to see if this simple spray makes the procedure more comfortable.
