Summary

This study looks at how common frailty is in older adults with COPD and tests whether the Vivifrail exercise program can improve their physical abilities, daily living skills, and quality of life. About 80 participants aged 60 and older with stable COPD will take part. The program focuses on exercises to improve balance, walking speed, and strength.
