Summary
This study tests two different exercise programs—thoracic expansion exercises and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization—to see which better improves breathing and neck muscle function in people with forward head posture. 32 adults aged 18-40 with poor posture will do the exercises for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in posture, breathing, and muscle activity.
