Summary
This study tests two different exercise programs to see which one better improves breathing and neck muscle function in people with forward head posture. 32 adults aged 18-40 with a specific head-forward angle will do either chest-expanding exercises or a technique called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization for 6 weeks. The goal is to find the best way to correct posture-related breathing problems.
