Summary
This study tests two different exercise programs to see which one better improves breathing and muscle activity in people with forward head posture. 32 adults aged 18-40 with a specific head-forward angle will do either thoracic expansion exercises or dynamic neuromuscular stabilization for 6 weeks. The goal is to find the best way to help people breathe easier and improve their posture.
