First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether foot reflexology and acupressure can reduce common stomach problems like bloating, constipation, and heartburn in women going through menopause. About 120 women aged 45-60 who are experiencing these symptoms will receive the treatments, and their symptom changes will be measured over 8 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug way to improve quality of life during menopause.
