Summary
This study looks at whether foot reflexology or acupressure can reduce stomach problems like bloating, constipation, and heartburn in women going through menopause. About 120 women aged 45-60 who have menopause-related stomach issues will receive these gentle, non-invasive treatments. The goal is to see if these complementary methods improve quality of life without the side effects of medication.
