Summary

This study looks at whether doing foot core exercises at home, guided by video calls or online sessions, can reduce foot pain and improve walking and balance in people with rheumatoid arthritis. The study involves 18 adults aged 18-65 with rheumatoid arthritis. Participants will be split into two groups to compare different remote exercise methods.
