Summary

This study looks at whether foot core exercises, done at home with remote guidance, can reduce foot pain and improve walking and balance in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Researchers will compare two remote methods (synchronous vs. asynchronous) in 18 adults aged 18-65. The goal is to find a convenient way to ease symptoms and improve daily function.
