Summary
This study looked at whether foot-ankle exercises or walking exercises can help people with type 2 diabetes who have foot nerve problems. 375 adults with diabetes did either foot exercises, walking, or received standard care for 12 weeks. Researchers measured foot sensation, stress, quality of life, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight to see if exercise made a difference.
