Summary
This pilot study tested whether a 12-week foot-ankle exercise program is better than walking for adults with type 2 diabetes. The goal was to see if it could help with nerve pain, stress, and quality of life. 108 people took part, and the study focused on whether such a larger trial is possible. Results are preliminary and not yet proven.
