Summary
This study aims to create and test a simple questionnaire to understand what foods older patients in hospital like and dislike. Researchers will adapt a tool used for children to make it suitable for people over 70, including those with swallowing problems. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve meal planning and nutrition for this vulnerable group.
