Summary
This study aims to create a simple questionnaire to understand the food likes and dislikes of older adults in the hospital. Researchers will adapt a tool used for children to make it suitable for patients over 70, including those with swallowing difficulties. The goal is to learn how to better match hospital meals to patient preferences to help prevent malnutrition.
