First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested whether training community leaders to run food literacy workshops could help women in disadvantaged communities make healthier food choices. About 260 women participated, and researchers measured how many workshops were held, attendance, and satisfaction. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, not to cure or treat a disease.
