First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether training community leaders to run food literacy workshops could help women in disadvantaged areas make healthier food choices. About 260 women participated, with workshops focused on practical skills like meal planning and label reading. The goal was to see if this approach was feasible and acceptable, not to cure a disease.
