Stanford screens 1,000 for food allergy studies

Summary
This study screens up to 1,000 people who think they might have a food allergy to see if they can join future food allergy studies at Stanford. Participants will take a standard food challenge and skin test to confirm their allergies. The goal is to find eligible volunteers for upcoming research.
