Summary
This study looks at how liver problems caused by Fontan circulation affect the way the body processes certain drugs. Researchers will measure how two medicines, sildenafil and pravastatin, are handled in 15 children and young adults who have had Fontan surgery. The goal is to learn how to give safer and more effective doses for this group.
