Sound waves aim to restore movement after stroke

Summary
This study tests whether a gentle, non-invasive ultrasound beam aimed at the brain can help people who recently had a stroke regain arm movement. Fifty adults with stroke within the past three months and limited arm strength will receive the treatment. Researchers will check for side effects and measure changes in brain activity and motor function.
