Summary
This study tests whether taking capsules containing healthy donor stool (fecal transplant) can clear a dangerous, antibiotic-resistant bacteria called CRE from the gut. About 80 hospitalized adults with CRE will receive either the capsules or a placebo. The goal is to see if this approach can safely reduce the superbug's presence and lower infection risks.
