First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tested whether fluvoxamine, a medication already approved for OCD, can help relieve long COVID symptoms like trouble concentrating, anxiety, depression, and fatigue. About 191 adults aged 25 and older from Missouri and Illinois took part. Participants rated their symptoms daily to see if the drug made a difference compared to a placebo.
