First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of two drugs, Fluvastatin and Celebrex, in 20 children and young adults with certain types of brain tumors (gliomas) that had come back or not responded to treatment. The main goal was to find the safest dose of Fluvastatin when given with a fixed dose of Celebrex. The approach aims to control tumor growth with fewer side effects than standard treatments.
