This study tested whether a combination inhaler (fluticasone and salmeterol) could improve lung function in children aged 6-17 who had a stem cell transplant and experienced a drop in lung capacity. The goal was to prevent a serious lung condition called bronchiolitis obliterans. The trial was stopped early, but researchers hoped the treatment would help stabilize or improve breathing.
