Could a cough medicine combo ease OCD symptoms?

Summary
This study tests whether adding dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant) to fluoxetine (an antidepressant) can safely reduce symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related conditions like body dysmorphic disorder. About 60 adults in California will take the combination and be monitored for improvement using standard symptom scales. The goal is to see if this approach is tolerable and effective for symptom relief.
