First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at how the antidepressant fluoxetine changes the way healthy young people (ages 18-24) process anger. Participants take either fluoxetine or a placebo daily for 7 days and complete tasks involving angry faces, words, and frustrating situations. The goal is to understand the drug's effects on emotional responses, not to treat any condition.
