Summary

This study looks at two ways of giving fluids during liver surgery. One method uses less fluid to try to reduce bleeding, while the other uses more to keep organs working well. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer serious problems after surgery, like kidney injury. About 90 adults having planned liver surgery will take part.
