New study aims to improve kidney treatment in liver disease patients

Summary
This study looks at two ways to give fluids to people with cirrhosis who develop acute kidney injury. One method uses a special algorithm to guide fluid choice, while the other follows standard care. The goal is to see which approach is safer and works better. About 50 hospitalized adults will take part.
