Summary
This study tests a new way to manage heart failure using a special scale that tracks fluid buildup. 50 adults with heart failure will use the Bodyport Cardiac Scale at home, and their doctors will get alerts if fluid levels change. The goal is to see if this helps doctors adjust treatment early and keep patients healthier.
