First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at how the immune system of adults over age 75 responds to the annual flu vaccine. Researchers want to know if a common virus called CMV affects how well the vaccine works. About 1,025 healthy or frail older adults will join, and they will receive the flu shot for free and provide blood samples over several weeks.
