Summary
This study aims to learn how the immune system fights the flu and how the virus spreads. Up to 50 healthy adults aged 18-49 will receive a nasal spray containing a specific flu virus (H3N2) and stay in the hospital for 8-12 days for close monitoring. The goal is to use this information to create better flu vaccines and treatments.
