App-titude adjustment: 2,500 students test digital Well-Being tool

Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app called Flourish can improve well-being in college students. Researchers will randomly assign 2,500 students to either use the app, use it with a buddy, or continue with their usual resources. Over six weeks, participants will complete surveys to measure changes in mood, loneliness, and overall flourishing.
