First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests a new pill, flonoltinib maleate, in 60 adults with polycythemia vera (a blood disorder causing too many red blood cells) who have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard therapies. The goal is to see if the drug safely controls red blood cell levels without needing frequent blood removal procedures. The trial is in an early phase (2a) and will compare different doses.
