First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This small study looks at whether a special flashed light therapy, used alone and then with online counseling, is acceptable and tolerable for teens aged 14–17 with ADHD and delayed sleep timing. Only 6 participants are enrolled to test feasibility, not effectiveness. The goal is to see if teens and parents find the treatment easy to stick with.
