NCT ID NCT06036420

First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special flashed light therapy, used alone and then with online counseling, is acceptable and doable for teens aged 14 to 17 with ADHD who have trouble falling asleep early and waking up. Only 6 participants are enrolled, and the main goal is to see if they find the treatment tolerable and stick with it. This is an early feasibility trial, not a test of whether it works for ADHD symptoms.
