Summary
This study looks at whether adding mindfulness and social support to a phone-based exercise program helps breast cancer survivors become more active and stay active. About 304 women who finished cancer treatment within the past 5 years will take part. The goal is to see if these tools can reduce symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, and depression, and improve sleep.
